When John Balthazar, owner and founder of Balthazar Custom Homes &
Remodeling (BCH) founded the company in 1996, he did so with the following
goals and philosophy: "I wanted to create a company that built unique,
high quality, high value homes, and provide service above and beyond what
most homeowners receive today." Every homeowner has either heard
of or experienced a horror story regarding new home construction or a
remodeling project. Building or remodeling your home does not have to
be a nightmare experience. We believe that the majority of problems that
develop between homeowners and builders are a direct result of a lack
of communication between the two parties. At BCH we LISTEN to you.
Because
we are a smaller company, you will be working directly with John, who
is involved with the construction project on a daily basis. Therefore,
you won't have to voice your concerns to a "project manager"
or "building superintendent" who may or may not have the authority
to address your issues. At BCH we want our homeowners to know that their
comments and concerns will be welcomed. As John puts it, "I want
my homeowners to know that they can call me directly, seven days a week.
The more input the homeowner gives, the better I'll be able to understand
their construction objectives and desires, and thus, build their dream
home."
At
Balthazar Custom Homes & Remodeling, we use the highest quality building
materials, building techniques, and craftsmen. Being on the job site daily
helps John quickly identify potential problems, avoiding costly and timely
delays.
At BCH we never lose sight of the fact that you, the homeowner, are the
ultimate person that we work for. Only by carefully listening to you and
working closely with you can we create that unique dream home. Our goal
is to create happy satisfied homeowners, who in turn, become valuable
